The best exercise is actually the Side Lunge and it will be completed with a barbell OR adjustable dumbbells. But I'm not going to an individual have do regular side lunge.that exercise forces you to use lighter weights so you don't strain your knees. This version allows for more resistance and, therefore, more potential muscle growth and hip width!
